Description of the project:

Development of multifunctional insulation products of interior walls with insulation capacity superior to other building materials and simulation models to predict the thermal effect in real dwellings. Easy maintenance and cleaning, and contributes to decontamination / purification of circulating air.

Objectives:

The main goal of the WALL-IT project is the development of multilayer structures for multifunctional interior wall coatings called Wall-in Tex®. It is intended to investigate and develop an innovative and essentially directed product for the remodeling / rehabilitation of buildings in order to overcome the current deficiencies regarding thermal insulation (resistive and reflective) and acoustic, humidity management, easy application and malleability and additionally promote fire resistance, easy maintenance and cleaning, and contribute to the decontamination / purification of circulating air. These solutions are based on new functional materials and the application of new coating and joining technologies.
