Productive optimization through increased capacity and vertical integration (internalization of productive operations replacing subcontracting).
Objectives:This project arises from the need for Silva & Ventura to produce innovative, more complex, more value-added solutions with the desired quality (developed for and with customers) and to provide adequate production capacity to respond to the expected increasing demand, especially international. The state-of-the-art investments that will be made will allow to increase productive the capacity in some phases of the production process (turning and finishing) and also to integrate in the value chain operations currently subcontracted (waterjet cutting and finishing). The technical department will be reinforced with more advanced equipment and software, improving the service provided to the client in the design stages of the solution and monitoring of the work. Silva & Ventura will become more competitive as significant process and product improvements will be achieved, generating greater added value and increasing productivity and efficiency levels.
Main Activities:Empower the company to design and produce more complex solutions in order to become more efficient and competitive in the international market.
