Description of the project:

It intends to focus on four priority markets (Spain, France, United Kingdom, Panama) supported by the product extension range and the introduction of substantial improvements, by innovative processes and equipment, by a new production line with innovative technology and by investing in R&D and new designs.

Objectives:

It is intended to create brand awareness in the international market that allows increasing the perception of the company value and its products. This project aims to promote its presence in foreign markets (reducing dependence on the domestic market) and reach a weight above 15% of international VN.

Main Activities:

In order to put into practice the approach aimed at the internationalization level, the entity plans to develop actions in different typologies: Knowledge of external markets; Presence on the web, through the digital economy; Development and international promotion of brands; International Marketing; Organizational innovation.
