Cement and lime
Secil produces a wide range of grades of gray and white cements with applications ranging from small construction to large civil engineering work. Secil cements are certified (EN 197-1) and subject to a rigorous and permanent quality control from the production stage until its placing on the market. By adopting the best practices and technologies available in the market, the company guarantees a high standard of quality in all its actions. In addition to cement, Secil also markets hydraulic lime, a binder with a wide use, especially the manufacture of mortars, soil treatment, soil-lime or filler for bituminous. Currently, the company also produces natural hydraulic lime, the result of a research and development process in the Secil Group, which allows a compatible use with old supports but with a behavior that meets the strict requirements of today.
