Description of the project:

The METAL EMPREENDE project aims to stimulate and motivate Entrepreneurship, mobilizing potential entrepreneurs for business plan projects and creating successful companies in the related sector areas and the metallurgy and electromechanical ranks, without undermining other transversal or related forms.

Objectives:

By ensuring a framework and mapping of the established companies needs, it will be more feasible to the new companies that are created by new entrepreneurs, being in line with the established companies needs, hence have greater economic and financial viability and sustainability. Therefore, they are strategic objectives for the project: The promotion of qualified and technological entrepreneurship, aligned with the real and specific needs of an established business fabric, potentially representing the customer base for new business/startups; Facilitate the creation of new companies/startups in a logic of alignment with the needs of the market, allowing greater efficiency in the commercial approach, and consequent acceleration in the growth of these new businesses.

Main Activities:

The project will have two Call for Action editions, where ideas that fill an amount of business opportunities previously identified and qualified will be promoted in a wide range of established enterprises that search for potential demand goods and products developed by the entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs who participate, with their business ideas, will have direct and personalized support, from the development of the idea to the transformation in business/company and shareholder of mentors and potential investors to the realization of their business projects. The Training Process resulting from the realization of face-to-face sessions will be held at the AIDA, located in the Industrial Zone of Taboeira, Alagoas - Esgueira.

Other Information:

Participation Capital Values: identify the best business proposals in the metalworking industry or related areas, ensuring a thorough training for entrepreneurs and monetary support (€ 2 500) to create the company's capital stock for the three (3) best business ideas.
