These services can be provided by researchers in different investigation units (CICECO, CESAM, RISCO, TEMA, GOVCOPP, among others) and in different scientific domains. These services include the support and development of projects with the companies, as well as partnerships with municipalities in order to solve problems in the construction domain and conservation of buildings and spaces. For doing so it is given privilege to the sustainability concepts in the following categories: R&D consortium; provision of specialized services; technology transfer; Specialized training; Entrepreneurism promotion.
